Wayfarer Residences
Set on the water at Redland Bay, Wayfarer Residences is a combination of 27 apartments and 6 three-level villas with stunning views of the bay islands.
The development features multiple indoor and outdoor communal recreation areas and direct pontoon access to Weinham Creek. Wayfarer residences have set a new level of luxury living for Redland Bay and are now 90% sold, with construction underway and completion expected in late 2022.
Highbury Estate
Located at the edge of the Taylor Range in Upper Kedron, Highbury Place is a boutique 9 lot community title subdivision. Working closely with the project team, over 50% of the site has been retained as bushland in common property for future residents to enjoy.
The latest stormwater technology ensures that all water runoff is filtered before entering the adjacent waterways. The site is elevated with northeast-facing lots providing a high level of amenity to this boutique estate. Construction of the estate is now complete, with settlements due in February 2022.
